Yesterday the youth from the church, what few we are, went to Loren and Ruthie's house for a Memorial Day party party thing. We played games. Ate good food...grilled chicken, baked, beans, and mac 'n cheese. Held the baby. Talked. Played more games. It was fun.
I have class tonight. A math class. Boo. :( But it should be rather easy because it is just a basic math class. I am also signed up for the externship class. That will be easy because I will do it at Napoleon's and I have been working there since mid-March. Those are my final two classes. Woohoo! 10 more weeks then I am done. Graduation is in December.
Chef Todd is not going to be at Napoleon's for the majority of this week. So I think I will be by myself in the kitchen tomorrow and Thursday. Let's hope I don't get in the weeds. I know how to run the kitchen by myself but if a lot of people come in at one time it's rather strenuous having to cook all the food by yourself.
